Safes are obviously not made to be opened easily that’s why our service is carried out by a skilled and trustworthy engineer. You may find you have:

-       Lost the key

-       Forgotten the code

-       Key is broken or not turning

-       Handle is not retracting boltwork

-       Key is snagging and difficult to open

Once the safe is open and depending on the make and model we can provide a replacement lock or make a key to the existing lock allowing you to continue to use the safe that is in place preventing you the hassle of a replacement safe.
